The Real Estate Law Journal is pleased to invite submissions of your academic research.

* Important Notes

* Priority will be given to authors who have not published in previous issues.

* Priority is given to submissions in English.

* All researchers wishing to submit their articles must review and download the new journal template, available in the (Author Instructions section), before submission.

* The journal accepts studies and research that feature novel research methodologies and present new findings with significant scientific value.

* Please note: The research published in the journal does not necessarily express the views of the journal or reflect any specific orientation. The content and findings of all research remain the sole responsibility of their authors.

* Submission Period Instructions:

* The submission period for articles on the ASJP platform is:

* From January 01, 2025, to March 31, 2025, for the first issue of 2025 (Volume 12, Issue 01).

* From September 01, 2025, to October 31, 2025, for the second issue of 2025 (Volume 12, Issue 02).

* For articles in English and submissions from international researchers, submissions are open throughout the year.

* Therefore, please refrain from sending research contributions and studies (via ASJP) outside of these two specified periods, as they will not be considered.

* Research Content

* The article length must not be less than 15 pages and not exceed 20 pages.

* Any article that does not meet the conditions listed in the publishing instructions and requirements will be rejected.

* Article Information Registration

* For the submitting author: All article information must be entered upon submission via the platform and must be in the same language as the article.
