Faculty of Literature and Languages held the International Conference on « The Problematic of Translation of Autobiography from the Language Culture of the Source to the Language Culture of the Target »

Today, the University of Blida 2 Faculty of Literature and Languages held the opening for the International Conference on « The Problematic of Translation of Autobiography from the Language Culture of the Source to the Language Culture of the Target » in the context of International Translation Day.

In this two-day conference – with the participation of many academic experts from the Arab and European world, particularly Romania and Tunisia – it will discuss the value of enhancement challenges when it comes to translating autobiographies. The reminder of the Rector, Professor Farid Kourtel, regarding thinking about the cultural and social contexts in mind concerning translation clearly denotes the want of the university to foster academic interchange and cultural exchange.
