Within the framework of a series of inspection visits to various facilities and institutions of University of Blida 2 Lounici Ali, the University Rector Professor Farid Kourtel conducted a field visit today, Thursday, to the university transport fleet facilities, in order to monitor the operational readiness level and assess the department’s preparedness to provide transportation services for students. During the visit, the Rector reviewed the general condition of the fleet of buses and vehicles designated for student transportation. He also listened to a detailed explanation from officials regarding their management program and the approved routes to cover various areas connected to the service. In this regard, the rector emphasized the necessity of maintaining regular transport service and improving its quality. He also directed instructions on the need for periodic and continuous maintenance of vehicles to ensure user safety, calling for intensified efforts to develop this vital department. It should be noted that this visit comes as part of a series of tours conducted by the Director to various university facilities, which aim to ensure proper workflow and evaluate the level of services provided to the university community, especially on the eve of the launch of the 2025-2026 academic year.
