The rector of the University of Blida 2 held a consultative meeting with representatives of the SNAPAP union for university staff

 – Lounici Ali, Professor Farid Kourtel, held a consultative meeting with representatives of the SNAPAP union for university staff, headed by Mr. Sarir Abdallah Khalil, to discuss professional and social concerns.

The meeting, which lasted more than two hours, addressed issues related to improving working conditions, developing the university’s infrastructure, and strengthening social dialogue, in addition to discussing the organization of the “Best Employee” award.

Professor Kourtel reaffirmed the administration’s commitment to listening to employees’ concerns and finding practical solutions, while the union representatives appreciated this openness, considering it a positive step toward improving the professional climate and the quality of services within the university.
