The University of Blida 2 – Lounici Ali signed a scientific and academic partnership with Noor El-Bachir University Center of El Bayadh, reflecting a strategic effort to strengthen cooperation between Algerian universities and promote research development.

The agreement, signed by Professor Farid Kourtel and Professor Tayeb Farraj, aims to foster joint research, academic training programs, and exchange of expertise, supporting local and national development.

This partnership aligns with the University of Blida 2’s strategy to expand national collaboration and reinforce an integrated academic network centered on advancing scientific research in Algeria.
