The University of Blida 2 Lounici Ali commemorated the sixty-fourth anniversary of National Immigration Day, which falls on October 17, where the university community observed a minute of silence in memory of the martyrs of the peaceful demonstrations of October 17, 1961, during which France committed horrific repressive massacres that claimed the lives of hundreds of innocent Algerians.
