University of Blida 2 Lounici Ali held today a meeting of the Committee for the Promotion and Indexing of Scientific Journals to review progress in meeting the requirements for upgrading its journals to national and international standards.

Rector Professor Farid Kourtel opened the session, stressing the importance of aligning the university’s publications with global quality criteria to enhance research visibility and impact.

The meeting, chaired by Professor Nasreddine Bouhsaine and Dr. Hichem Drradji, with coordination from Prof. Nardjes Frioua, brought together editors-in-chief from various faculties. The initiative reflects the university’s commitment to improving research quality and strengthening its academic reputation nationally and internationally.
