The University of Blida 2 organize a training workshop targeting newly recruited teachers

The University of Blida 2 organized, on Monday, a training workshop as part of the national training program “Framework for Action,” targeting newly recruited teachers for the 2025–2026 academic year, under the supervision of the Pedagogical Monitoring and Support Unit.
The workshop was inaugurated by the University’s Rector, Professor Farid Kourtel, who emphasized the importance of supporting new teachers and equipping them with the pedagogical and academic tools necessary to perform their duties effectively.
The workshop included several presentations delivered by specialists, covering the university’s organizational structure and pedagogical management mechanisms, opportunities for international cooperation, the legal framework governing the university teaching profession, as well as a session on the moral and professional responsibilities of academic staff.
This event falls within the first axis of the national training program, with additional workshops scheduled to follow in the coming period.
