The University of Blida 2 Lounici Ali signed a comprehensive cooperation agreement with the University of Perugia in Italy to strengthen academic and research exchange between the two institutions.
The signing ceremony was supervised by Professor Farid Kourtel, Rector of the University of Blida 2, and Professor Rolando Marini, Vice-Rector of the University of Perugia, in the presence of a high-level Italian academic delegation.
The agreement aims to expand areas of collaboration to include the humanities, social sciences, economics, and sustainable development, with plans to organize a joint scientific symposium and promote cooperation in academic publishing and research.
Professor Kourtel also announced the launch of a specialized training program for PhD students, along with scholarship opportunities and a faculty exchange program to teach Italian language and culture.
He emphasized that this partnership represents a true model of international academic cooperation, seeking to build strong scientific bridges and train a generation of distinguished researchers who will contribute to national development.
