Inauguration

Today, the Director of Blida 2 University, Professor Farid kourtel, inaugurated Mr. Hakim Ben Zerouda as the new Deputy Director for Personnel and Training.

During the ceremony, Professor kourtel urged the newly appointed deputy director to intensify efforts in developing human resources management, enhancing the university’s training system, and adhering to the principles of transparency, discipline, and good governance in managing all personnel and training affairs.

In the same context, Professor kourtel warmly thanked the former deputy director, Mr. Farouk Raqiq, for his valuable contributions during his tenure, wishing him continued success in his future endeavors.
