The Minister of Higher Education visits the « Inside » center at Blida 2 University and meets with students with disabilities
The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Prof. Kamel Baddari, continued his field visit to Blida 2 University, where he toured the “Inside” Center dedicated to supporting students with disabilities—an initiative that reflects the ministry’s commitment to fostering an inclusive and accessible university environment.
The “Inside” Center is a specialized facility focused on the academic and social integration of students with disabilities, offering tailored training programs and equipment that enable them to pursue their studies under suitable conditions. The center also hosts a student club bringing together students with disabilities and volunteers to promote social interaction and solidarity on campus.
During his visit, the Minister met with students benefiting from the center’s services, listening closely to their concerns and reviewing the center’s operations and support mechanisms, in a highly engaged atmosphere that highlighted his keen interest in their needs.
In a symbolic gesture, the students honored the Minister in appreciation of his visit and his continued attention to their issues, reflecting their recognition of the ministry’s ongoing efforts to advance the inclusion of students with special needs in the higher education system.
