The University of Blida 2 signe a scientific, research, and training cooperation agreement with University of Etfari in the Sahrawi Arab Democratic Republic

On Monday,, Professor Farid Kourtel, and Dr. Moulay Mohamed Ibrahim, Director of University of Etfari in the Sahrawi Arab Democratic Republic, signed a scientific, research, and training cooperation agreement.

The ceremony, held at University of Etfari, was attended by key academic figures, including the Director of Tindouf University, Professor Bouazza Boudrsaia, his deputy Professor Ferdi Hamad, and several Sahrawi government officials.

The agreement aims to strengthen research collaboration, exchange expertise, develop joint training programs, and organize conferences and workshops, opening new horizons for academic cooperation between the two institutions.
