University of Blida 2 launches the fourth session of training for new professors

University of Blida 2 launched the fourth training session for newly recruited teachers as part of its pedagogical mentoring program. The opening was chaired by the University Rector, Professor Farid Kourtel, in the presence of the Head of the Pedagogical Mentoring Unit and a number of supervising professors. The Rector emphasized the importance of investing in human resources and improving the quality of training, noting that the program includes topics on modern teaching methodologies and the use of digital technologies in education.
