Professor Bashir Amer was appointed as the new director, and his predecessor, Professor Farid Kurtel, was honored

The Inspector General of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research presided over the installation ceremony of Professor Bachir Amer as the new Director of Blida 2 University, tasked with managing its affairs, succeeding Professor Farid Kortel, who has been appointed Adviser to the Presidency of the Republic in charge of economic affairs.

The ceremony was attended by the university’s vice-rectors, deans of faculties, as well as administrative and academic staff.

On the occasion, the Inspector General praised the achievements made by Professor Kortel during his tenure as head of the university, expressing confidence in the new administration’s ability to continue the path of development. For his part, Professor Bachir Amer expressed his gratitude for the trust placed in him and reaffirmed his commitment to pursuing ongoing projects and strengthening the university’s role.

The ceremony concluded with a tribute to Professor Farid Kortel in recognition of his efforts and contributions to the university.
