The Technological Support Center at Blida 2 University brings together innovative students in a specialized workshop on intellectual property

Today, the Technology Support and Innovation Center at University of Blida 2 hosted the fourth training session dedicated to intellectual property policy and copyright, targeting students enrolled under Ministerial Decree 1275 related to the “Startup Project—Patent” track.
The session opened in the presence of the Center’s Director and Dr. Mohamed Maamri, Director of the Entrepreneurship Development Center, who emphasized the need to guide student projects toward the “innovative project–startup–patent” model as the most effective approach to valorizing ideas.
The training covered key topics including national intellectual property policy, the role of the National Office for Copyright and Related Rights (ONDA), and legal protection mechanisms, alongside practical guidance on digital procedures for copyright registration through the official platform.
