University of Blida 2 organized a national conference on modern management accounting tools in support of small and emerging enterprises, with the participation of academics and experts from several Algerian universities.

During the opening ceremony, the university rector, Bachir Ameur, emphasized the importance of leveraging accounting information to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, stressing that supporting these enterprises is a national responsibility.

The conference also highlighted the gap between the analytical potential offered by modern management accounting tools and their limited practical use, while seeking to propose practical, research-based solutions to improve decision-making and enhance institutional performance.
