Embodying Economic Partnership — Rector of the University of Blida 2 Visits the Entrepreneurs and Industrialists Club to Finalise Funding Procedures for Student Projects

The University of Blida 2 marked a decisive step toward bringing its students’ innovative projects to life, as a high-level working session was held today bringing together Rector Professor Bachir Ameur and the Head of the University-Enterprise Liaison Office (BLUE), Dr. DjemelEddine Silini, with the officials and investors of the Entrepreneurs and Industrialists Club (CEI) under the supervision of its Director, Mr. Rachid Bouhamad — to finalise the implementation procedures for the direct funding of pioneering projects by Decision 1275 students.

This step follows the economic event hosted by the university under the theme From the University to the World of Investment » during which around 30 pioneering projects registered under the ministerial decision (start-up certificate, micro-enterprise, patent) were presented before business leaders and investors. Today’s working session translated the mutual commitments made on that occasion into concrete action, moving the process into the phase of real-world implementation, financial support, and the launch of financial and field accompaniment procedures with actual investors.

In his address before investors and economic stakeholders, Rector Professor Bachir Ameur affirmed that the visit to the CEI reflects the university’s genuine determination to move beyond verbal formalities and ensure sustained logistical follow-up to enable Decision 1275 project-holding students to effectively enter the market, stating: Today we are placing our innovative students’ projects in the hands of real economic partners capable of transforming these ideas into strong, wealth-creating enterprises. »

Head of the Liaison Office, Dr. DjamelEddine Silini, highlighted the operational dimension of the partnership, noting: We have today successfully built a real bridge connecting the student competencies of the University of Blida 2 with the investment depth of the Club. This working session was not merely for discussion — it was to conclusively determine the mechanisms of financial and technical support and accompaniment with precision and directness. He confirmed that the Liaison Office will continue to follow up on joint action plans with business leaders to ensure the smooth realisation of projects and their entry into the production phase without obstacles.

The session resulted in the finalisation of financial and logistical accompaniment mechanisms to be provided by investors to the selected projects — laying the foundation for a successful entrepreneurial model that links the university to its economic environment in a serious and productive manner.
