University of Blida 2 launches entrepreneurial skills training for those registered in the international LEADS project
The University of Blida 2 today launched the Entrepreneurial Skills Training programme for students, faculty, and staff enrolled in the **LEADS international project**, funded under the **Erasmus+ Capacity Building in Higher Education** programme. The opening was presided over by Vice-Rector for External Relations, Professor Safa Oulad Haddar, who reminded participants of the importance of this training in developing their skills and equipping them to transform their ideas into innovative projects, while presenting the project’s methodology, objectives, and phases.
Professor Oulad Haddar affirmed that * »entrepreneurial skills training is a fundamental pillar of the university’s effort to align academic training with labour market requirements, and an opportunity for participants to acquire practical tools enabling them to build their projects and integrate into the entrepreneurial ecosystem, »* urging them to make the most of this opportunity. The training was facilitated by Dr. Karimane Didouh, who presented the programme’s thematic axes and practical components to participants.
This training forms part of the **LEADS project**, in which the University of Blida 2 participates alongside five national universities and four international universities, and follows the preparatory workshop hosted by the university from 4 to 6 October in the lead-up to this launch.
