Sub-directorate of Employees and Training
The Sub-directorate of Personnel and Training is responsible for the following tasks:
- Managing the career path of employees under the University Directorate and shared services, as well as those appointed by the University Director,
- Preparing and implementing training plans, upgrading the skills, and renewing the knowledge of administrative and technical staff and service personnel at the university,
- Ensuring the management of the university’s workforce while ensuring balanced distribution among the faculties,
- Coordinating the preparation and implementation of human resource management plans for the university.
The Sub-directorate of Personnel and Training includes the following services:
- Service for Teaching Staff,
- Service for Administrative and Technical Employees and Service Personnel,
- Service for Training, Skill Enhancement, and Knowledge Updating,
- Report on activities and completed operations.
