Presentation of Media and Communication Cell

A Subcommittee Under the University Directorate, Working to Ensure Effective Communication Between All University Stakeholders at Blida 2 University.

This is done by providing information and communicating with various university partners. It also serves as a link between different university bodies and the media.

Objective:

Good and effective communication between the various stakeholders and partners at Blida 2 University.

Mission:

The Media and Communication Cell is responsible for several tasks, which can be divided into two categories:

Internal Tasks:

  • Developing the institution’s overall communication strategy.
  • Assisting all university bodies in delivering their messages.
  • Creating a communication plan in case of crises.
  • Ensuring the wide distribution of statements and information issued by the University Directorate and faculties, so that they reach students, professors, and staff correctly and on time.
  • Ensuring internal communication among all university stakeholders through the university’s website and social media pages.
  • Ensuring the flow of information and updating the university’s website.
  • Providing media coverage for scientific, cultural, and sports activities at the university.
  • Preparing posters, publications, and communication boards (advertisements) for the university.
  • Publishing promotional images and videos of university activities.
  • Launching and managing the university forum.
  • Launching and managing the university’s TV channel.
  • Launching and managing the university’s radio station.
  • Publishing studies or surveys within the university.
  • Activating the intranet and all other communication means within the institution.

External Tasks:

  • Ensuring media coverage of the university’s activities.
  • Communicating with the media.
  • Engaging with economic and social partners.
  • Organizing regular meetings with the media.
  • Publishing newsletters.
  • Preparing the university’s newsletter.
