The University of Blida 2 Lounici Ali has initiated the Digital Week for the Evaluation of Newly Recruitment Teachers

The University of Blida 2 Lounici Ali has initiated the Digital Week for the Evaluation of Newly Recruitment Teachers, a three-day assessment of new faculty members’ digital competencies.

Participating teachers, who have been in training on the use of information and communication technologies for more than seven months in the tenure process, are showcasing their digital portfolios in front of a committee of experts to demonstrate their understanding of modern methods of teaching and proficiency with digital tools.

Rector Professor Farid Kourtel, along with the Head of the Distance Learning Unit, attended the evaluation rooms, to observe the process and the presentations. He affirmed the importance of the project in enhancing teaching capacities and the university’s digital transformation.
