The Rector of University of Blida 2 held an expanded meeting with the university’s economic interface officials

The Rector of University of Blida 2 Lounici Ali, Professor Kourtel, held this evening an expanded meeting with the university’s economic interface officials, dedicated to evaluating accomplished work and outlining the features of the work program for the new academic year 2025/2026.
During the meeting, officials reviewed the positive outcomes of implemented programs, foremost among them the series of awareness days on entrepreneurship which recorded notable interaction, before moving on to discuss the anticipated annual program that includes several activities, particularly organizing open days on the four interfaces, scheduling project selection operations, as well as organizing specialized and qualitative training sessions.
In this context, the University Rector outlined the broad lines of the action plan, emphasizing the expansion of partnerships with the economic environment, and intensifying training programs, especially those related to intellectual property management and patents, thereby enhancing the culture of innovation and entrepreneurship among students.
At the conclusion of the meeting, Professor Kourtel recommended working to ensure the launch of discussions on « startup company » and « economic enterprise » within a well-planned calendar, which requires periodic monitoring of program implementation, stressing the need for continuous coordination between various structures to achieve the university’s strategic goals and actual contribution to national economic development.
It is worth noting that the meeting was attended by Dr. Mohamed Maamri, Head of the Entrepreneurship Development Center, Professor Asma Istanbouli, Head of the Incubator, Dr. Meriem Lachab, Head of the Technology Support and Innovation Center, Dr. Djamel Eddine Silini, Head of the University-Economic Environment Liaison Office, and Dr. Elbatoul Djemaa, Head of Liaison between subsidiary institutions.
