Sub-directorate of Means and Maintenance

The Sub-directorate of Resources and Maintenance is responsible for the following tasks:

1. Ensuring the provision of means of transportation to the entities under the university directorate and the shared services.
2. Ensuring the maintenance of both movable and immovable property for the university directorate and shared services.
3. Keeping inventory records.
4. Ensuring the preservation and maintenance of the university’s archives.
5. Managing the vehicle fleet for the university directorate.

The Sub-directorate of Resources and Maintenance includes the following departments:

• The Department of Resources and Inventory.
• The Department of Cleaning and Maintenance.
• The Department of Archives.
