The General Secretary

Mr. Righi Youcef is the Secretary General of Blida 2 University, Lounissi Ali. He has several responsibilities, overseeing and ensuring the proper functioning of all administrative and technical departments. He has sufficient professional experience to manage four sub-directorates under the university’s general secretariat, which are:

• Sub-directorate of Personnel and Training,
• Sub-directorate of Finance and Accounting,
• Sub-directorate of Resources and Maintenance,
• Sub-directorate of Scientific, Cultural, and Sports Activities.

In addition to three shared services:

• Systems and IT Network Center,
• Intensive Language Teaching Center,
• Printing and Audiovisual Center.
