Vice presidency for external relations cooperation animation and communication and scientific events 

The mission of the Vice-Rectorate in charge of External Relations, Cooperation, Animation and Communication and Scientific Events is to link the university to the outside world by ensuring its participation in scientific and administrative development within the university and in the socio-economic sector.

In order to promote and coordinate scientific and academic activities between our University and other higher education institutions, at the national and the international levels, our Vice-Rectorate is committed to enriching and diversifying its area of cooperation by seeking interested and interesting partners for fruitful collaboration.

In the same context, the activities of the Vice-Rectorate focus on:

• Contributing to the establishment of international academic and scientific networks, sharing best practices, and promoting skills through bilateral or multilateral cooperation.

-  Developing collaborative research projects, such as the Erasmus + CBHE and Virtual Exchange projects.

- Developing joint-degree training as part of international twinning cooperation.

- Reinforcing and promoting mobility for students and academic and administrative staffs.

- Promoting cultural and linguistic diversity within the University, by encouraging intercultural dialogue and mutual understanding between the various parties in the University community

In addition to the cooperation aspect, the Vice-Rectorate is committed to disseminating information and current events related to its activities to various internal and external audiences.

With the aim of promoting the exchange of knowledge and the development of research conducted within the University, our Vice-Rectorate is also committed to coordinating and facilitating the organisation of major scientific events, such as conferences, seminars, congresses…etc., at both national and international levels.

As Vice Rector in charge of External Relations, it is a great honour and pleasure for me to serve the University of Blida2 - Lounici Ali-, working side by side with the administrative staff to fulfil the above-mentioned missions.
