Distance learning and pedagogical practices were the focus of the sixth training seminar for newly recruited professors at Blida 2 University

Université Blida 2 organized the sixth training seminar for newly recruited faculty members, as part of a program aimed at developing their teaching skills and enhancing the use of information and communication technologies in education.

The university’s rector, Bachir Amer, supervised the seminar, emphasizing the importance of training new teachers and keeping pace with digital transformation to ensure the quality of higher education. Omar Ghazazi also highlighted the role of the seminar in supporting professors at the بداية of their professional careers.

The seminar was led by specialized professors, including Wassila Bousenna, using interactive methods that combine theoretical and practical aspects to ensure effective training.
