An awareness day on « Decision 1275 »
Faculty of Letters and Languages at the University of Blida 2 hosted today an awareness day on **Decision 1275**, officially opened by Rector Professor Bachir Ameur, in the presence of Vice-Rector for Pedagogy Professor Saïd Boukhaouch, Faculty Dean Professor Ahmed Mounis, and the directors of the joint research services — the university’s economic interface.
In his opening address, the Rector affirmed that the Decision * »moves the student from the position of preparing a theoretical research paper to that of a project holder capable of transforming knowledge into added value, »* stressing the university’s commitment to accompanying every serious idea. He called on students and faculty to make the most of the opportunities offered by the Decision in the service of training quality and closer alignment with the labour market.
Faculty Dean Professor Mounis commended the initiative, describing it as * »a genuine opportunity to bring the Decision closer to students and dispel any ambiguity surrounding its practical application, »* noting that Arts and Languages students possess the ideas and skills to develop innovative projects in content creation, translation, and the cultural and creative industries.
The event featured presentations by the interface directors on the content of the Decision and its amendment under Decision 008, eligibility conditions, and support and guidance mechanisms available through the joint research services, followed by an open discussion during which participants addressed questions and sought specialised clarifications.
