An inspection visit to the central library reinforces the University of Blida 2’s orientation towards digitalization and student services

The Rector of University of Blida 2, Professor Bachir Ameur, conducted an inspection visit to the central library, accompanied by the Secretary-General, where he reviewed its current status and development plans.

The visit focused on strengthening digital transformation through the development of a digital library to facilitate easier access to scientific resources for students and researchers. It also addressed the preparation of the library as an open-access space based on a self-service borrowing system.

At the end of the visit, the University Director emphasized the need to complete the digitization of the library’s documentary collection and to provide the necessary equipment, stressing the importance of the university library in supporting scientific research.
