Congratulations

The University of Blida 2, represented by its Rector Professor Bachir Ameur — speaking on his own behalf and on behalf of all members of the university community — extends its highest congratulations, felicitations, and expressions of esteem to Professor Mohamed Chrif Sidi Moussa, Professor of History at the Faculty of Human and Social Sciences, on the occasion of the distinguished honor bestowed upon him by the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Professor Kamal Baddari, and the Minister of Mujahideen, Mr. Abdelmalek Tachrift, during the seventieth commemoration of Student Day.
