University of Blida 2 establishes a committee for the transition to the fourth generation (4.0)

The University of Blida 2 has appointed the Fourth Generation University (4.0) Transition Committee, chaired by Dr. Mohamed Zidan, in a move aimed at achieving comprehensive digital transformation within the university. The University Rector, Professor Bachir Ameur, stressed that the project is based on the digitalization of the academic and administrative environment, the development of human resources, and the promotion of innovation and scientific research, while reaffirming the administration’s full commitment to supporting this transition.
Professor Meriem Touati also pointed out that the university possesses the human competencies and scientific capabilities required to ensure the success of this process. Meanwhile, the chairman of the committee announced that the first phase of work will focus on preparing a comprehensive action plan inspired by the best experiences in the field of Fourth Generation Universities, in line with the Ministry of Higher Education’s strategy to modernize the Algerian university system.
