The Quality Assurance Unit at the University of Blida 2 trains operations managers according to the international standard ISO 9001:2015
The Quality Assurance Cell at the University of Blida 2 organised today a training session for process officers across the university’s structures, covering process methodology in line with the ISO 9001:2015 international standard, as part of efforts to embed a culture of quality and improve institutional performance.
Rector Professor Bachir Ameur opened the session, affirming that this initiative forms part of the university’s strategy to strengthen institutional governance, stressing that quality remains a shared responsibility across all structures. Professor Meriem Touati, Head of the Quality Assurance Cell, outlined the session’s objectives, noting that it equips process officers with the tools needed to identify, define, and monitor processes in accordance with ISO 9001:2015.
The meeting also reviewed progress made in implementing the university’s quality management system and outlined a clear action plan for its remaining phases. The session drew notable attendance, including the Rector, his deputies, faculty deans, department heads, and process officers — reflecting the importance the university places on this initiative.
