University of Blida 2 establishes an office of the National Agency for Microcredit Management to support students with projects
The University of Blida 2 today inaugurated a permanent support and awareness office of the National Agency for Microcredit Management (ANGEM) within its campus, in implementation of the agreement between the two sectors and in line with the university’s commitment to fostering entrepreneurial culture.
The inauguration was overseen by Rector Professor Bachir Ameur, alongside Dr. Mohammed Mameri, ANGEM Director Mr. Abdelwahab Ben Allal, and other representatives.
Professor Ameur stressed that the office brings students closer to financing mechanisms, helping them transform their ideas into viable projects — a direct reflection of the university’s mission to convert academic knowledge into economic value.
The office will provide students with technical guidance, microenterprise awareness, and advice on microcredit eligibility and procedures.
This initiative forms part of the university’s broader strategy of partnering with national support and financing bodies to equip students for active participation in the national economy.
