University of Blida 2 finalizes end-of-year arrangements at a meeting of the Directorate Council

The Rector of the University of Blida 2, Professor Bachir Ameur, chaired a meeting of the Directorate Council today, attended by his deputies, faculty deans, the official overseeing training programs at the École Supérieure des Professeurs, and Secretary General Farid Ben El Houcine.

The agenda prioritized the progress of examinations and the monitoring of grades for directed work and lectures, with the Council stressing adherence to set deadlines, alongside discussions on the organization and regulation of defense sessions. Quality assurance was also addressed as a strategic priority in the institution’s development, in line with institutional evaluation requirements and academic accreditation standards.

The Council further reviewed training offerings under the national « Study in Algeria » initiative, reflecting the university’s commitment to enhancing academic attractiveness, before concluding with a number of organizational and administrative miscellaneous points.

In his closing remarks, Professor Bachir Ameur emphasized that this critical phase of the academic year calls for heightened vigilance and effective inter-institutional coordination, urging all bodies to ensure the highest quality outcomes and bring the academic season to a successful close.
