The Faculty of Law at Blida 2 University embodies the values of dialogue on the International Day for Cultural Diversity with a rich exhibition
The Faculty of Law and Political Science at University of Blida 2 marked World Cultural Diversity Day by hosting an open exhibition showcasing cultures from six countries, in an atmosphere of openness, tolerance, and mutual respect.
Rector Professor Bachir Ameur officially inaugurated the event alongside Faculty Dean Dr. Farida Benotmane, emphasizing that « difference does not divide but enriches, » and reaffirming the university’s commitment to remaining an open space for global cultures and human exchange.
Dr. Benotmane expressed pride in the international turnout, noting that exposure to cultural diversity within a university setting better prepares students to contribute to a cohesive society built on solidarity and justice.
The exhibition’s pavilions displayed traditional costumes, handicrafts, and heritage products from the participating countries, transforming the venue into a living museum that embodied the event’s theme: Cultural Diversity Unites Us, It Does Not Divide Us.
