Proceedings of the regional meeting on the international openness of higher education institutions

Professor Safa Ouled Haddar, Vice-Rector for External Relations, and Dr. Karimane Didouh represented the University of Blida 2 at the regional meeting on the international outreach of higher education institutions.

The meeting centred on strengthening the international engagement of Algerian universities and supporting the academic mobility of students, faculty, and researchers, as well as raising awareness of Erasmus+ opportunities and programmes — particularly EU-funded projects and institutional capacity building initiatives. The event also served as an occasion to reaffirm the importance of transitioning toward a fourth-generation university model grounded in digital governance, innovation, and business incubator support — as part of broader efforts to enhance the quality of higher education and strengthen international partnershi.
