An evaluative and formative meeting
The Quality Assurance Cell at the University of Blida 2 held an evaluative and training meeting today, chaired by Professor Meriem Touati, to review the implementation of the quality assurance system and establish the second-year action plan.
The committee analyzed findings from recent internal and external audits, discussing root causes and corrective measures to align institutional practices with benchmark standards. The resulting program aims to optimize all quality processes and foster a culture of continuous improvement across the university.
During the meeting, Professor Touati emphasized that « quality is a daily practice, not just documents prepared for audits, » noting that transparently addressing gaps is essential to building a sustainable quality framework. The session concluded with members renewing their commitment to the new roadmap, backed by regular progress monitoring.
