cooperation agreements

On September 23, 2025, a cooperation agreement was signed by the University of Blida 2 Lounici Ali, represented by the Rector, Professor Farid Kourtel, and the Higher School of the National Gendarmerie in Zeralda, represented by its Commander, « General Jaafar Mohamed ». The signing of this agreement is part of the university’s openness to its external environment and its endeavor to foster cooperation with various institutions.
