The Rector of the University of Blida 2 carried out an unexpected visit to the Faculty of Law and Political Science

Professor Farid Kourtel, Rector of the University of Blida 2, carried out an unexpected visit to the Faculty of Law and Political Science to observe the progress of studies and check classroom discipline across the faculty’s departments, in an effort to ensure a proper start to the academic year. He was accompanied by Dr. Nassima Hachoud, Vice-Dean in charge of pedagogy, and the Faculty’s Secretary General.

The visit focused on classrooms and lecture halls used by students at different levels. The Rector observed the commitment of both professors and students, assessed whether the pedagogical spaces were adequate for university teaching, and listened to the concerns of the faculty community.

Professor Kourtel emphasized the importance of respecting the established pedagogical timetable and activating mechanisms for regular monitoring to guarantee solid academic training that meets required standards. He concluded by reiterating the need to improve pedagogical performance, stressing that this remains a top priority for the university administration to ensure quality training that meets the aspirations of students and society.
