University of Blida 2 Lounici Ali organize the National Symposium on Local Strategic Planning for Regional Communities

Professor Farid Kourtel, Rector of University of Blida 2 Lounici Ali, inaugurated the National Symposium on Local Strategic Planning for Regional Communities as a Mechanism to Achieve Sustainable Development, organized by the Laboratory for the Management of Local Communities under the Faculty of Economic, Commercial and Management Sciences.

Professor Kourtel stressed that local strategic planning has become essential for promoting sustainable development, highlighting the importance of a clear vision and effective implementation mechanisms, and calling on researchers to propose practical solutions to improve local governance.

The symposium aims to assess the reality of strategic planning in Algerian regional communities and to produce practical recommendations that contribute to enhancing planning systems and promoting sustainable development in Algeria.
