Installation the “Best Employee Award” committee

Professor Farid Kourtel, Rector of University of Blida 2 – Lounici Ali, chaired a meeting to, following the initiative announced at the opening of the academic year.

The committee, headed by Professor Massoud Draoussi and composed of staff and faculty representatives, aims to motivate employees and recognize their dedication.

Professor Kourtel outlined the evaluation criteria, focusing on discipline and professional performance, and stressed transparency and objectivity.

The winner will receive a certificate, a university shield, a laptop, and a financial reward.
