installation the “Best Faculty” Award Committee

Professor Farid Kourtel, Rector of the University of Blida 2 – Lounici Ali, chaired today a meeting to install the “Best Faculty” Award Committee, following the announcement of this new initiative during the university’s opening ceremony last month.

The committee, headed by the University’s Secretary-General Mr. Farid Ben El-Hocine, aims to promote excellence and motivate deans to enhance their faculties’ performance.

Professor Kourtel outlined the evaluation criteria, focusing on institutional discipline, administrative and academic performance, and structural organization. He also announced prizes for the winning faculty, including financial support, additional training for staff and professors, an honorary shield, and a special award for the dean.
