Awareness day on diabetes and obesity organize by the University’s Social and Medical Center

The Vice Rector of University of Blida 2 for Scientific Research, Professor Nasreddine Bouhassaine, inaugurated this morning, on behalf of Rector Professor Farid Kourtel, an awareness day on diabetes and obesity organized by the University’s Social and Medical Center in conjunction with World Diabetes Day.

The event, held at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, was attended by Dean Professor Redhouane Zammouchi, specialized doctors, and members of the university community. The program included medical consultations, awareness sessions on prevention and treatment, and free blood sugar testing.

The initiative aims to promote health awareness and prevent chronic diseases within the university community.
