The University of Blida 2 signed today a partnership agreement with the Blida Province Support and Advisory Center, aimed at promoting entrepreneurship and supporting innovative projects among students and researchers, with a particular focus on green-economy initiatives.
The agreement—signed by Professor Farid Kortel, Rector of the University of Blida 2, and Mr. Mohamed Riyad, Director of the Center, in the presence of Vice-Rector for External Relations Dr. Safa Oulad Heddar, the university’s economic interfaces team, and representatives Khaled Salmi and Moussa Ali “Terjoman”—seeks to encourage student entrepreneurship and provide the institutional and technical framework needed to transform creative ideas into viable projects.
Under this partnership, the Support and Advisory Center will offer technical and consulting assistance to project holders across the university community, guiding them toward optimal use of available resources and equipping them with the tools necessary for the success of their initiatives. The agreement also places special emphasis on promoting green-economy and sustainable-development projects, in line with national efforts to protect the environment and foster investment in eco-friendly sectors.
