« Yennayer » celebration at Blida 2 University: A bridge between tradition and academic research
The Faculty of Law and Political Science at Blida 2 University organized a cultural day to celebrate the Amazigh New Year “Yennayer,” attended by deans of faculties and marked by wide participation from students, professors, and administrative staff. The event featured an exhibition of traditional clothing from various regions of the country, along with the presentation of popular heritage dishes, in an atmosphere reflecting the richness of Amazigh cultural heritage.
The organizers emphasized that this initiative aims to strengthen national identity and unity among students, link cultural celebration with academic research and knowledge, and contribute to the preservation of intangible heritage while instilling pride in historical roots among younger generations.
