Today, the Director of Blida 2 University, Professor Farid Kortel D., appointed Dr. “Saleh Jelloud” as Vice Director in charge of managing and overseeing the training pathways of the Higher School for Teachers at Blida 2 University, succeeding Dr. Saleh Fessio.
