Completion of English language proficiency exams for doctoral students at the University of Blida 2
University of Blida 2 today completed English proficiency assessment exams (B1 and B2 levels) for PhD students under Professor Dalila Brakni’s supervision.
The exams implement a ministerial instruction requiring PhD students to demonstrate B2-level English proficiency with an official certificate as a prerequisite for thesis defense.
The two-day exams assessed students’ comprehension, reading, writing, and speaking skills according to Common European Framework standards.
Professor Bachir Amer, vice rector for Scientific Research, oversaw the exams, stressing the importance of developing students’ linguistic and research competencies to meet international academic standards.
