University of Blida 2 discusses its 2026-2030 strategic plan project in a large meeting

University of Blida 2 held an extensive meeting chaired by its Rector, Professor Farid Kourtel, to discuss the university’s institutional project and its strategic plan for the period 2026–2030, in the presence of the administrative staff, deans of faculties, and officials of the university structures.

The meeting included a detailed presentation by the Vice-Dean for Pedagogy on the plan’s main axes, the formation of follow-up committees, and projects under completion and reception, within the framework of developing academic and administrative performance and enhancing infrastructure.

The meeting also witnessed a fruitful discussion on implementation mechanisms, improving the quality of education, scientific research, and student services. The Rector emphasized the importance of collective engagement to ensure the success of the project, ahead of its official adoption after completing consultations.
