Professor Meriem Touati has been installed and appointed as Vice-Rector of Blida 2 University in charge of post-graduate training, university habilitation, and scientific research, in the presence of the Vice-Rector for Pedagogy, the deans of faculties, the official in charge of managing the training pathways of the Higher School, the Secretary-General of the university, and the Director of the Central Library.

In his address on this occasion, the Rector professor Bachir Ameur stated that this appointment reflects the principle of competence as the key criterion for assuming responsibility, expressing his full confidence in Professor Touati’s ability to manage the postgraduate and research portfolio in line with the ambitious goals set by the university. He added that the coming phase requires a real impetus in the institution’s development, emphasizing the need to continue building and implementing its strategy on the basis of professionalism and commitment.
