The President of the Supreme Islamic Council commemorates Science Day from the University of Blida 2
Blida 2 University commemorated National Science Day (April 16) this morning at the Grand Conference Hall “Said Aïadi,” with a lecture delivered by Professor Mabrouk Zaid El Kheir, President of the High Islamic Council, in the presence of the University Rector, Professor Bachir Amer, along with faculty members, students, and representatives of local authorities.
In his lecture, Zaid El Kheir emphasized the importance of knowledge in building nations and its close link to ethics, stressing that it is the foundation of societal progress and continuity. For his part, the Rector highlighted the role of the university as an institution that shapes the future and promotes the values of knowledge.
The event concluded with an award ceremony honoring professors promoted to the rank of Full Professor, as well as a special tribute to Professor Mabrouk Zaid El Kheir in recognition of his scholarly contributions.
