Banking governance was on the agenda of a national conference at the University of Blida 2

Hosted by University of Blida 2, a national conference on banking governance and risk monitoring was held under the supervision of Professor Bachir Amer. In his remarks, he emphasized the importance of linking scientific research to the challenges of the national economy, especially in light of the rapid transformations affecting the financial sector.

For her part, Dr. Nassima Bouzina explained that the conference responds to an urgent need to strengthen internal control mechanisms and anticipate risks within Algerian banks. She also noted the participation of researchers and experts presenting practical experiences and successful models that can be applied.

The conference addresses key themes such as governance in banking institutions, internal control systems, and risk management frameworks, with expectations of producing practical recommendations to enhance the Algerian banking system.
